A deep thinker, I dont skate on the surface of life, I find lessons and meaning, metaphor and multiple layers in all things. Seek understanding and insight, evolution of self and spirit with goals of ever greater wisdom, acceptance and emotional maturity. This is ultimately only possible I believe, when in relationship with a compatable person, through true intimacy and emotional openness. I desire a person willing to look into, and at themselves, who truly wants to be known and truly wants to know me. Someone comfortable with feelings, desiring intimacy also, the sort that includes, but goes way beyond just the physical. I am a person with integrity and authenticity, no pretense or efforts to impress, I wish for one who is stimulating to talk with about many things in the material as well as the non-material world. I am an artist, writer and poet, have dogs from whom I learn much. Am extremely knowledgable about the things that interest me, intense and passionate. Please be a kind, patient, non-critical and tender person with a loving heart. I am tender and vulnerable, but both tactfully direct and gently assertive when called for; have been strengthened and deepened by weathering many of life's greater hardships.
